- How to select my correct size?
You have the exact measurements of each of our design in the description page of the products. You can also see our general sizing chart page : Sizing Infos where you can find all the sizing charts we have and some few tips to take the good measurments
- What about the colors shown on the pictures?
We try to upload the more accurate pics in the colors.
Some differences may occur from your screen color calibration and the reel color of the fabrics.
- How to wash my clothes?
We recommend to wash in out your pants when you will receive your order.
You can wash in machine at 30C°
- I don't receive my order
In the confirmation email you receive once your order is sent, you will find your tracking number and link to follow it.
Most of the orders are received by customers in the 5 to 12 days (average), mostly one week for Europe.
- I received my order but...
If you don’t like your order or if something has been wrong with it, you will be able to send it back. Please get back to us in the next 2 days after collecting your order.

- My order is in the custom office
It may happen that customs stop your order to add some customs fees to pay.
We send the orders from India with a minored price detail of 15 euros / pieces and the Gift option selected. Most of the time customs dont act on such parcels or if they do, just a minored taxe is due.
You can get also your reel invoice for your orders, please ask for it if you need it.
- How long will take my order to be shipped?
After payment confirmed we will pack your order and will ship it the day after or the same day for orders received before noon.
In some case, if products are not in stock we will inform you about extra time to produce them. Most of our products are in stock and sent the day after.
- What is the cost for my delivery?
You can get a quote for any country we deliver in the cart page.
Delivery cost vary regarding the the total weight of your order and the country you like to receive it.
- Shipping for Returns or Exchanges
Shipping procedure for any returns or exchanges is detailled on our Returns and exchange page.
- I cant select a shipping option
If you cannot get a delivery quote for your country or if you cannot select any shipping way in the checkout of your order, it may be possible that you live in a country we do not send orders to. In that case please get back to us by email, we will find a solution 😉
