Buying on the site www.indianproject.fr implies acceptance of the conditions set and detailed through the 11 articles making up our contract “General Sales Conditions”.
The contract, concerning items or services, is concluded between the company I.P and a client, as part of a sale or provision of remote services.
Being a contract for the sale of e-commerce remotely over an electronic mode, I.P intends to identify itself to the client.

I.P provides the customer with qualitative and quantitative information for each item and service ordered.
This information is showed next to each item or service on the website.
The photographs illustrating the products or services offered on the site www.indianproject.fr have only indicative value.
I.P is not responsible in case of any errors of colors precision shown on clients computer.
Acceptance of order is carried out through the data entry displayed on a webpage. When the client validates the command, it is irrevocably linked. Its acceptance may not later be violated except under section concerning the time of reflection.
In fact, the automatic registration system established by I.P Company is considered as proof of the termination of this contract of sale.
Personal informations will be collected through our website to purchase your order and in effort to improve your shopping experience.
We will not share, sell or disclose personal information about our customers to third parties.
According to law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the customer can access or change his personal information at all times.
Prices are in Euros all taxes included.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
The prices advertised on the website of Indian Project do not include shipping costs which are additional, and shown at the checkout.
I.P reserves the right to refuse any order in case of disagreement with a customer.
If the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation the same day or within 3 days after receipt of payment for the order.
This confirmation will be send by e-mail.
This e-mail confirmation contains the features of the item, its price, its terms of payment and its conditions and terms of delivery.
The content of these order confirmations will be filed by I.P company, and are considered as proof of agreement with a customer to the current transaction and its date.
The client has the right to a time of reflection of two (2) days when receipting the ordered items.
The client can decide in that time to send back his order.
In this case I.P company undertakes to refund the amounts that the client has paid for the products but not for the shipping fees of his order within a maximum period of thirty (30) days.
However, instead of refunding, the client may opt to exchange the items. The client may not use this right for the purchase of jewellery and accessories presented on the website of I.P.
The client has the choice to pay for purchases:
Credit Cards (Visa, American Express and Mastercard) using Stripe gateway , Secure banking processing.
Packing of your order and sending varies from 1 to 3 days after the checkout for the items in stock. (most of the time package are sent the morning day after your order)
For items not available (so to be produced) packing and sending time is 3 to 8 working days from the date of checkout.
It is an average time based on the type of production needed, the avalaibility of fabrics, etc…
Delivery timming from the time your parcel has been sent out to the post office may vary according to your country.
Most of the country are delivered in an average of 7 working days but some are completed faster and some longer till 20 days.
Exceeding this time limit may not result in any cancellation of the order, no reduction in the price paid by the purchaser, and no payment of damages.
When paying by bank transfert, the period is recalculated from the date of receipt of payment into our bank account.
I.P Company warrants that Products will be free of any defects and hidden defects as of the day of purchase from Customer.
The seller’s warranty will apply on transport provided that the buyer makes a written request within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
The seller’s warranty is limited to an exchange of the defective goods recognized by the seller, taking into account of the usage of the goods which the seller will have full judgment on.
The seller only takes responsibility to ensure the replacement of defective parts of the goods supplied to the buyer.
I.P Company disclaims all responsibility for the misuse of the ordered goods.
Subject to legal provisions, the seller’s liability is strictly limited to the obligations defined in the Current Terms and Conditions.
We give also the garanty to send you the correct products you buy and the correct sizing you choose. In case we do a mistake in the products design or the products size, you will have the option to ask for an exchange (see article 11)
You have 2 (two) days from receipt of your order to get in touch with us regarding your return process.
You can return your order for any reason. And ask for an exchange or a refund. After this period of 2 days we consider the order as accepted as it is by the customer.
To return the product due to a size issue of your original choice, shipping Costs (for Exchanges) will be at the Customer’s expense. Only the price of the returned product will be refunded or exchanged.
In case we did send you a wrong size or a wrong items, shipping costs will be at our charge and you will not have to pay again for the exchange return shipping fees.

Returns will only be accepted if the products are complete, in their original state (packaging, accessories…). Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the Client are not accepted nor can be exchanged.
We will Refund you or Exchange you within 7 days or less after receiving products by our care in the above cited conditions of accepted returns.
Refund, if the Customer opts for it, will be sent on the customer’s bank account used for initial payment of the order.
